Congratulatory Message To Class Of 2021.

Dear Rusinga Family,

A hearty Congratulations to the Senior School Examination Classes of 2021!
The examination results, 2021 for students who sat the Checkpoint, IGCSE and GCE A-Level exams demonstrate that our God never ceases to amaze us especially when we trust and obey. This Bulletin tells the story of this special class that did not give up despite the tough season they found themselves in and they continued to work alongside their committed teachers. This is a story Fortitude; hard work, persistence and trusting that all things work together for good. I welcome you to go through the results summary and view the scholarship recipients for the new academic year starting August 31st 2021. Scholarships are awarded based on a student’s outstanding academic attainment following the IGCSE and GCE AS Examinations.

Official Certificates from Cambridge and Pearson:
Please note that the final results received are provisional and for information only. The final certificate will be sent to the School by the end of October 2021 for your collection. The Checkpoint results were shared with all students last term. The results for students taking the Pearson Examinations were emailed directly to them. For those who wish to re-sit any paper in the Oct/Nov 2021 IGCSE and GCE Exam Series, please contact the Exams Office immediately for further details.

We continue to trust God as our students move to the next level:
I have included an analysis of the Checkpoints, IGCSE, AS and A2 Level Examinations for us to appreciate what is possible with hard work and trust in God. 80% of the Year 13 class have accepted university placements in top universities locally and internationally, with the remaining students opting to take a gap year to fulfill their personal interests and follow their chosen paths.

The new academic year:
The Board of Directors and Staff continue to work on growing and developing Rusinga Schools to meet its Mission and Vision. We will soon be adding additional courses to the A-Level and BTEC programme so as to enhance our offering. Students in the ‘School of Finish’, as we fondly call it, will also enjoy the beautiful and newly constructed classrooms in the property adjacent to our main campus beginning this new academic year. The additional space will allow for this continued growth of our senior most section. We shall dedicate the classrooms to God during the preparation week. We look forward to a fruitful 2021-2022 academic year. May we continue to lean on our Heavenly Father in all that we do.

May the God of hope fill you with all joy and peace as you trust in him, so that you may overflow with hope by the power of the Holy Spirit. Romans 15:13

Warm regards,
Mrs. Echessa-Kariuki
